For added stability the Propod Base has center brace leg supports with locking mechanism and rubber/spiked leg tips for non-slip traction on any terrain. The Smith-Victor Propod IV features large die-cast alloy PRO-4 head with 3-way action for landscape and portraiture photography shooting, dual pan & tilt handles, bubble level andquick release plate.
