Availability:
At Photographer’s Warehouse we strive to keep our prices and stock current for immediate delivery. In the unlikely situation that a product isn’t available you will be contacted via email or phone usually within one (1) business day.
Shipping:
Due to heightened Internet security, some orders may be subject to verification before final shipment can be sent. This protection is to prevent Fraud and Identity Theft.
Photographer’s Warehouse will attempt to process all orders within (3-4) business days. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. For all RUSH orders call customer service at 1-800-521-4311. Rush orders must be received before noon on business days. All weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
Photographer’s Warehouse has made every effort to confirm shipping prices and weights. If you notice an error in weight or cost of an item please call customer service.
If any item or items are too large and cannot be shipped via UPS, it will be shipped by freight. You will be notified in regards to longer ship times and potential additional charges.
All packages are shipped via UPS except oversized packages.

Photographer’s Warehouse has the right to cancel any order due to human, or computer error. If this happens the customer will be contacted immediately and dealt with on an individual basis. We have taken every step to ensure that this shouldn’t happen.

Include a copy of your invoice, order number, PO number, or any additional information. Also include your Name, Address, Phone and a brief description about the problem.
Ten-Day Return Policy
A full merchandise refund may be issued on new and unused merchandise returned with all accessories and packaging subject to evaluation. Please enclose original or duplicate invoice with any additional instructions. UPC codes, instructions, and blank warranty cards must also be returned. All shipping charges are responsibility of the customer. Shipping / Handling charges will NOT be refunded unless Photographer’s Warehouse sent the wrong or defective item.
After ten (10) days a product may be returned under special circumstances with verification from a customer service representative. The product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty
One-year warranty on all Photographers’ Warehouse manufactured items. All items are new and guaranteed to be free of defects and are backed by a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty. Merchandise that fails to conform to our warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. All shipping charges to us are responsibility of the customer. Photographer’s Warehouse will repair or replace the defective item(s) and return the products at our expense. Item Prices and styles are subject to change with out notice. All other brands sold by Photographer’s Warehouse are subjected to Manufactures Warranty.
Special Notice: Removal of stickers, labels, and serial numbers from merchandise violates our 1 year warranty policy and refund policy.
Books, chemicals, digital media, sensitive materials or other such items will be exchanged for the same item only.
All Special Order items cannot be returned unless defective, and will be exchanged for the same item only.
RA or Return Authorizations are necessary for items over $500.00 in value, and for any digital equipment. All accessories and manuals must be included in new condition. Also any software included with the product must be returned unopened. Customer Service will determine the shipping fees. 1-800-521-4311
All credits will be applied back to the original form of payment.
